Something like already animated sprites, no, but we have this one: Assets pack vol.2 - NSFW VN Character: Dulce by Pandita Studio, the paid version ($2 USD) includes PSD sources and animation demo for Godot engine. The sources allow you to create skeleton-based animations using a third-party software, like Live2D, or like in the included demo, using a game engine.

If you carefully  read the description you could notice that the free tier doesn't contain NSFW sprites, the NFSW sprites came with the paid version that only costs 1 buck. 

Also, as a character designed to be used for Visual Novels sprites they aren't full body. As we mention at the end of the description if anyone needs personalization (like CG's of full body sprites) you can mail us to get a budged.

I think there is no way to do this yet, what I think we can do is having the game under a versioning system like git, rollback there and then push an update.
