On my side, i cant find the voucher for the bicycle, i think i forgot to talk to the old man in the ss Anne, is there anyway to get my hands on a bike if i missed the quest reward?

Hello! I'm starting a new team from scratch, and i wanted to ask a few things first:

- Is there any way to know our pokemon iv since level 1 ( with egg breeding ) ?
- If we must use a calculator, which gen should we use? I cant seem to find a good calculator on the net

When we have "perfect" or close to perfect Pokemon level 1, i guess the next step is to go to the Ev trainers, but how does it work in the game?  Did the mult.exp share the evs?
And then, i would like to talk with you trainers about what's the best comp, the best team, the best pokemon for each and every type, and then the best shiny's in your opinion! 
For now my team is pretty basic, Charizard , Venusaur, Raichu, Gengar, Golem and Feraligatr! Its a three starter team i used to do the game until the Elite 4 ;)  But now, im starting (as said earlier) a new team to try and get superb specimens to keep playing, im thinking about 

 Raichu, Lapras ( can swap to another ice pokemon ), Snorlax, heracross, Typhlosion, and Skarmmory/Metagross ! 
Dont hesistate to comment on my choices, explain things to me or just share your dream-team ! 

I must say thanks too! Never felt this good playing a game of pokemon since diamond. The nostalgia might be strong in most case of a new pokemon game purchase, and it's never fulfilling, but this time is different. The fun i had playing until now is amazing, for the most part because i'm a bad trainer. I mean, why would i try hard to make a good team when i can just obliterate everything in my way in a "classic" pokemon game? So this time felt different for those two reasons i guess: i felt fulfilled in my expectation of an og version, with all the features i hoped to see in a remake, plus the difficulty that FORCED me to improve as a trainer. Which i've never did as a player, only wanting more exp for my pokemons. So, this far, i'm enjoying every hour i spend, every new encounter, even the lack of direction on where to go/what to do ingame, because i never had the chance to play the game as a young child. My message is bit too long, but i fall short to express all my gratitude!

Ps: You are too strong in our fight before the Rocket encounter. You slaped me and i came begging for more, until i figured out everyone need a goal to reach higher, and my rivals "Bad" and "Bader" might just agree with me (ingame names of Red and Silver)
