is the game finished?

Also are you in all routes the dominant partner who can impregnate the other, or are you also in some the submissive one and can you get impregnated?

Is the main character always the one who is dominant (the one who fucks) (top?) I like my main characters to be submissive more so thats why I ask

Also what i understand of what you where saying is that those extra things work like a dlc?  I love those extra things so once you are finished fully i will get those extra things for sure.
