Games have different ways to win. I just laid out the easier strategy, as some people cannot seem to win with the baseball bat n torch and the bible lol.

It depends on your strategy. If you play the game properly, you will have all the resources to win. I bought a knife from the shop and enhanced it. Opened all the bags, have all the throwing items, etc.
I would suggest using as few items as possible to make her go to the second stage (Keep in mind you have an enhanced knife equipped). Then just destroy the genital armour, inflect the fear item on her Genital, the key is the drone if you kept it. Once you inflict that fear on her, you can throw a drone and other item on her that deal damage, she will loose hp from that attack + from fear factor as well. Then you can just kill her.
Tbh it depends upon how you deal with this.
I would suggest keeping that broken drone for the giantess. Also, once you use the drone, it won't come back. So make sure before you challenge her, you save your game. Hope this helped a bit.
ALso she won't receive any damage until you remove the armour around the area she is supposed to receive damage at.

Umm pretty sure all you need is to make her go through the second stage then you the fear item and keep on attacking her till she's dead. keep mind you do the manouver properly. Also a tip, your whiskey bottles, exchange that for the knife and go to magic shop keep so that she can enhance it, so that you can attack 2 times, as teh enhancement allows that also gives you a wound chance to inflect on enemies.

after you defeat the giantess, you go through the alleyway and defeat the family. Its just that.

So after defeating all the infected humans, nothing happens? DAYUMMMM i THOUGHT would get to see a special scene :///, well cannot wait for the next update!!

Wondering when you will ya post a big update on the game? I'm really interested in the storyline itself and want more and moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. :p cant waitttt

Hey I loved the game, but how do I win against that giant exorcist? she seems unkillable..
Don't tell me I need that buddha statue for it, which I didnt buy.
