It looks like you haven't even tested Linux version of the game. Single quote is an FS restricted symbol for the Ext4 and alike (same should be valid for MacOS as well). Thus naming files like "Love, Money, Rock'n'Roll" is wrong and unnecessary. Worked fine for me after renaming both executable and data folder to: LoveMoneyRocknRoll.x86 and LoveMoneyRocknRoll_Data correspondingly.
