Took me a while to initiate the quest with the people, but I'm glad it did, as it gave me time to appreciate the amazing looking sunset transition.  Beautiful art and flow.

Good stuff.  Perhaps there could be a tutorial level to introduce the basics?  I found the fast pace of the game a bit confronting just jumping straight in!

PS. Nice subtle touch on the layering of the grass behind/infront of Mr sloth.

Great use of theme, blankets are warm, kittens are fuzzy.  The cat animation is superb.

I agree with you on more enemy variety including bosses.  I'll be prototyping some ideas on bosses soon. I would like the game loop to have a definite end and restart, probably on a boss fight or other challenging event.

You've caught this one very early, I also have plans to add non placeholder graphics and sound etc.
