i think the whole superhuman infertility thing is an in universe misunderstanding, mc semen disappears after a minute or 2 because its no longer attached to his body and isnt getting energy but from the training with the ella doll we learn its possible to force energy into something organic to make it last longer and in the extreme crystalize it so my theory is if a super was to focus enough energy in their reproductive organs on their own or with the assistance of items other persons the semen and or eggs would exist long enough to create viable offspring. now what the child ends up being idk
