I get it's not "normal pregnancy" and lore it's a video game you can bend the rules a little bit. I'm not asking for you to change the inter system just add like a cheat or option that makes you not die at the end pregnancy its just kind of a turn off me and some other people

Kind of sucks that Pregnancy straight up kills you it be cool if there was a option or an upgrade to stop you from dying

Tried it same thing all the other heads are working but the one. i found the head shape in the game files in head front folder 2 its this one

i did notice in the same folder another head shape which is closest i could get in game to the one above its this one

Okay tried the update, spent hour just breeding same thing got all other head shapes but the one in the screenshot i don't think there's any thing wrong with probabilities i think its just not in the list heads that can be chosen if that's how it works? i also went back and tried version 0.7.33 and 0.7.40 to see maybe if it was my pc. i got the head shape on my first try on both versions. sorry if I'm making harder then it has to be i honestly don't know how to help at this point

Sorry if I'm being annoying i been trying characters with same head but this is closest head i can get

So say may character has head shape 1 like in the screenshot all characters that are birthed from the character with head shape 1 will never have head shape 1 but can have head shape 2 3 4.

Tried the new update all the head shapes are working but one. i took a screenshot of the head shape I'm talking about in the appearance menu if that helps

Might have found a bug. all the characters that my characters give birth to all have the same head shape for some reason no matter what i do
