Just to clarify. this is what's written in the description of the game: 

"VERSION 1.0:

Version 1 is - $5 that only includes 5 characters it's a first release. 

Version 1.5 is $10 - next release, where I added 14 new characters.:

After version 1.5, I added a new option for all future updates before the game was finished, which cost $15 and included the final game.
version 3.0 has all the features, customization and Android version. I also published some Devlogs along the way. 
Hope this clears things up a bit.  

I also send a Refund, you bought first version ($5), you can read about it's features at the bottom of the description.  

Did you read which version has what features? If you bought latest version, it has all the features mentioned. 

You're right, I'll try to update the game as soon as I finish new version of "Sakura at Court", I was also planning to add more levels and ability to save progress.  

Games are available on Patreon in $20 tier also. 

did someone asked you to, buy it tho? 

As of now this is the only platform, game is available. 

Yes, I just need to implement a few additions and optimize it. The first build failed for Android, but I'll try again.

Itch.io doesn't support it, it has options for Paypal and stripe. 

Mini Game is available in v1.2+
