A mouse wrecking experience. this game marks my end of rating submissions in the game jam.

I won! The scope of the game is pretty much balanced and I can win in one session, good submission!

The game looks similar to that one mobile game. The problem is, subtitle seem to be jumpy when it's at mid sentence and I left click once, and if I was not familiar with that one game, I probably won't grasp it. Still, cool design.

Heya, I like it, although a little too fast for me. Still, it's very good!

Despite has no connection to the theme, yet. I like this, reminds me of that pixel soulslike game.

All I need to say for this one is, pure stimulant. Good work.

Really cozy style, which I like. Good job!

Hey, I quite like this concept! It's also quite balanced, too.

Eric's game has a cool charm in its presentation, good work on the interface.

Charming, I might say. Especially the interface, I like the interface.

I did, it has cool mechanic!

One of my nail is bleeding right now, so I cannot play it well enough, it has nice premise, though!

When losing and restarting, it seems like something doesn't reset? I chopped down the same tree in my second playthrough, the resource is not there. And there is no a slight delay/pause/transition after I restarted, which caught me off guard for 5 seconds and then I immediately lose because there is no way I could collect the resource when the dark lord literally standing in front of it. But gameplay aside, art was good, familiar, too. I like it.

And yours is calming. Thank you for playing!

It is? Thank you for playing!

It's quite balanced in term of playtime, which I like!

This is nice! I caught myself blank in a good way seeing the enviroment.

I cannot click on my mouse freely, as I have to move the position of the mouse after I clicked it, presumably because of the game design or an error in my part. That said, this has no correlation in "little guys" theme, unless the little guy explode into more little guys. but that is far beyond my reach right now. But keep going!

I'm afraid this game was abandoned, although it has some element that I like, dungeons and dragon. It's a shame. But you now have history here, though! I wish you the best in life!

This game is quirky, I like it. I may can't grasp the story well enough because the game cannot be played on fullscreen in the browser, but I see where it's going. Personally, I would like a little bit of freedom movement so it's not just a straight out visual novel, but also a hidden limitation before going onto a dragon on my first playthrough. It's good.

In a sense of the theme for connection of little guys, fair enough. Though I didn't enjoy too much killing little guys with no context whatsoever. It's still funny in a way somehow, about the low poly energy, I mean. But still, personally, it's not quite intuitive to the point I would understand the point and the mechanic of the game at first try, and yet it's quite rare to see bold team as their first game jam.

Lets watch the climax and the end before closing this chapter.

Nooooo, sorryyyy! I just assumed there is no way I could get people at that time, especially when it's 3 hour before the theme announced and it was like 3 am for me in my timezone, so I just worked on it instead first thing in the morning and neglect my social account, but more importantly, the game is almost done (I think?), though it's not exactly what I wanted it be, but it's looks fine to me. What I need to do  right now is polishing, such as replacing placeholder with my drawing, play testing/bug hunting, sound effect (no music, too much time), and generally just cleaning out more than content building now. I am really, really sorry! I really hope you strangers found a team beside me, or I will feel bad even more...

So time is up, apparently. I want to clean up my files first, it's cluttered with mostly assets. But I might miss an opportunity to see how cool fellow Jammers (is that a thing?) creation is, so let's rate each other! This message was not for myself, I'm not going to tell you my game. but I hope you got engaged in exploring in the submission section!

edit: I really need to organize my things now, unfortunately, I'm not as free as I wanted to be. Can't rate all game, some are straight up unplayable in game design, unplayable on other factors, or simply too long. I am going to be pretty much just... busy, so this marks my end.

I'm happy to be here, thank you all. Wish you all the best in life.

--- Below is the original and edited history of "To: anyone that desires to join this game jam." ---

- Game is now playable -
Hi, this is going to be my first jam. I just only woke up and came across this page jam made by some familiar youtuber called brainless. so I'm going for it. I did not have remarkable skill to begin with,  but I hope I will learn something by the end of it. I'll try, regardless of whether I'm failing or not.

It may or may not be too late to find a team now. Although I am fine working alone, the reason I wrote this is for those who might have the free time for two weeks and desire to make something  but afraid to make an opportunity to learn or any reason at all. I assure you it's gonna be okay. Even if we, or you don't win this. We still make a place for ourselves. So, to those who have joined and have a team, good luck! And to those who happen to see this, have a good day!

That being said, I also post this as a way for you to reach me. I'll wait, in the meantime, I'll also may try to reach out for someone, or setting up my pc, something-something. I will update this post at the top whenever I found someone. My discord username is onotrid. I will mostly use open source software, such as:

Note:  it's not much, but you can use these as a reference! I'm pointing out my workspace for those who might be familiar with it and achieving efficient result, but it's okay if you use other software  (beside game engine, I don't recommend you to use other engine, one engine at a time.).

  1.  Godot (gdscript) for game engine.
  2. Blender for 3D assets.
  3. Krita for 2D assets.
  4. Aseprite for pixelated 2D assets.
  5. Beepbox for music (mostly instrumental).
  6. placehold.co for some image placeholder or something.
  7. And... more. Maybe exalidraw, milanote, or obsidian for a bulk information exchange. Suggestion is always welcome.

Note to self: make sure to finish what you started, it may look bad, but don't be disheartened, there will still be tomorrow, and the day after. And if there is no tomorrow, it's going to be fine. After all, you did something at the end of the day.
