okay well the blogpost says it wants homebrew dependanciies but i have no idea how you got that errror message because nothing like that appeared for me

no the solution in the comments doesn't work. I am well aware of the many miracles of chmod+x.

knowing that this file does in fact actually exist the only logical conclusion is that the file is not executable and i have not been able to determine the reason
