the point is that when you set low settings, the game looks like it would be on ultra settings

I set low details and I still have ultra :( 

and

on low should not be blur

my maximum resolution 1680x1050 I gave on 800x600 low I am still blur

I have ultra all the time remove blur please :)

please set so that you can change the graphics settings :)
