How long does the petition take? 

It's not fake? 

+18 games were banned because of another game called (no mercy). 

And itch.io is trying to bring the games back to the site 

There is news talking about +18 games being banned from itch.io and also on steam

But will the games always update?

This happened to me too, I don't know why

I know a good site for this type of games is called nutako.games

Because itch.io doesn't have porn games?
