I found several bugs in the game, as well as frame rate drops. Among the bugs I found were that Granny can hit you through walls, the hand icon doesn't appear on some doors, and when you grab the teddy bear, Granny is always angry and the angry state doesn't go away. I used a translator to write this, so I hope it's understandable.
