When you make a custom mouth and nose you can add it on there, I recommend using a light shade of red and then shading it with a darker red and a little bit of highlights (just a little). Brush size 1 works really good with making the blood look fresh!
I think the game is a little overwhelming for me, but overall I love it! But, in the next update could you add hair customs, I just think it makes the sinners look better and gives more people an even more option.
(Half of my village hates him by the way)
