What type of software are you using it on, what browser do you use?
I think it kinda only supports chrome or google?
Or else I do not know and downloads will be paused for some time, after all. I started developing like a few months ago.

You have to drag it into an empty space on the top of your browser, it has drag and drop feature. If the bug is persistent we will see if we can remove the bug…
Over here : on the top of your browser where the tab space is, drag it into there.
