I'll check yours out and leave a rating!

We still need 8 ratings to get to the median so would greatly appreciate anyone who could give it a go (message me and I'm open to playing yours as well!).

My game desperately needs more feedback/ratings. Would really appreciate any that you can offer :)

Gonna go through and play/rate the games in here, would really appreciate if anyone could do the same with mine!

Currently only sitting at 4 ratings :,(

Could definitely use some more ratings on our game 😅 I’m down to play anyone’s game that needs more ratings if you can return the favor!

Hey Lee! Out of curiosity is there roughly some minimum number of ratings a game needs to be visible to the judge(s) selecting winners for each category?

I made the last level of my arena shooter game especially challenging, let me know if you're able to beat it!

Love the vibes, just wish the fishing had a bit more depth (haha see what I did there). Build on the fishing mechanic and you've really got something special here.

I had a fun time playing! Chasing after ghosts and switching colors was always a thrill. Great job!

A like the concept, the jump felt a little delayed which made gameplay difficult. I enjoyed trying to jump to the rhythm :)

Great art style and I love the premise. A bit easy but just started to get interesting towards the last few puzzles. Would have loved to see some more levels with increased difficulty!

Thank you for the feedback, so glad you had a great time! Definitely interested in building on this experience and fleshing out the mechanics a bit further <3

I really like the concept, though I kept getting hard stuck on the first level where my bugs would kill the last tower in the enemy base and then get stuck, repeatedly attacking it and unable to move. I can definitely see potential for a game like this and the art style + sound design were really cool!

The flute playing was a cool interpretation of the theme, but was quite challenging (one of them might have been bugged as it keep ending before getting to the end). I think having an option to allow the player to control when to start playing, and slowing down the speed the song plays could help with the difficulty. Overall great sound design and I liked the art style!

Cool concept and interpretation of the theme. Having different weapons would help a lot with the gameplay. Also adding a fade between tracks when switching waves would add a lot on the audio side. Great work!

Very cool interpretation of the theme. I had fun the whole time playing. For your first game this is impressive and you should be proud!

Incredible art style, sound design and gameplay. Genuinely one of the best (if not the best) game jam submissions I've ever played. Leaderboard is a nice touch! My only note would be the RNG can feel a little rough sometimes but that's mostly to be expected with this type of game. Great job!

A lot of very cool unique mechanics here. Love the idea of cave diving horror. Was a little confused on how to turn around on the vertical climbing section and there were a few bugs with the monster scare event endlessly playing. Overall great job!

The wave effect on the ground is very cool. Restarting the game on death should be a little more streamlined, having to watch the car drive in each time got old pretty fast. Some kind of tutorial in game would also be useful.

Very cool art style and interesting interpretation of the theme! Would be helpful to have the waves change color when you change waves, or maybe even change the shape of the wave a bit more so they are distinct.

The tutorial + day 1 are definitely very similar and simple. Probably should have just had Day 1 have the tutorial info in hindsight to get things rolling faster lol

Loved your commentary!! Thanks for playing and keep it up with the videos, you’ve got the makings of a pro streamer!

Thank you so much for the feedback, this is all of our first game and so we appreciate all the support and critique. Loved the video! :)

Very satisfying gameplay. Great job!
