This is a known bug and fixed in Godot 3 beta 2. Please use beta2 or rc1 :-)

I am planning to use master branch of Godot, it is just awesome and makes game development a joy. I highly recommend it. My stack is:

* GIMP
* Audacity
* Debian :-)
