I opened the TV model on blender and deleted the curved screen. I used Gemini to help me with creating a Noise texture, noise size and make the white areas transparent. I created a square black room using the Mesh nodes and placed it outside of the view of the player's camera. Then I added a node to use the player camera as viewport and another node (I don't remember the name) to display the viewport and sized it and placed it where the TV screen used to be. Then I pointed two lights at the TV from each corner to make the television visible.
