Thank you! We struggled a bit with the upload too, but what ended up working for us was this: We basically used the original zip file the subtitles and html file came in and just replaced the subtitle file and uploaded said zip file. Then we used (approximately) the same resolution for the movie as the original page does (944px x 708px) - it's in the Viewport dimensions section of the settings.
