Sorry but it is not about a new girl in this harem.
Until now, the Home harem started when Bree and Sasha find out that Mike cheats on both of them with the other, and if their different scores are high enough they can forgive him and change the whole relationship into an harem.
The Home Harem Alternative is a different way to start without you cheating on your lovely roomates.
They are already five possible girls in the Home harem! I don't think Mike has enough stamina (or the dev team) to welcome an additional girl at home ;P

Indeed, it was not the expected moves.
I 'd just fix it (for the next update) with a nicer staging between the actual birthday date and the beginning of the sex scene.
Thank you for your help allowing us to improve the game.

This is no bug. In this event, Emma is sitting at a table. That is why she has a little lower position on the screen. And she is a little on the left to leave the place to Ayesha's arrival who is standing, towering from all her might the tiny Emma.
As you noticed, there is other moments in the game where a girl is sitting down or changes position, with this same attempt of staging. The movements are usually explicit thanks to the text.
Staging is not always easy with 2D visual novel tools. I thank you for your concern and knowing the reason, I hope you will find the action more "readable" now.
