I had a better vision in my head then what came out. I may try to make it better in the future as I like the concept but my skills are not quite there for what I want to make. Thank you for playing!

thank you for playing and commenting!

100% I could not see my vision through on any aspect really. Was fun to learn some tilemap stuff but not my best submission. Thank you for playing!

thank you for the kind words! The spam clicking is annoying sorry for that. Definitely a learning moment

agreed the buttons semi transparent background did no favors. Definitely gotta deal with that next time

just wanted to reach out a last time. The project saw its way to the finish line if you want to check out how far it came.

thank you for the kind words. Understandable on the mechanics. We worked on getting them to work just in time for the jam, without any way to properly explain how they work

thank you for playing!

I mean you have no idea how great it makes me feel seeing pictures like this. Thanks for playing!

oh not at all sorry. Just trying to give props to the programmer

JESway did a great job programming. He took on 80% of the workload easily with the systems he made.

Thanks for playing!

thank you!

thank you for playing!

thank you for the feedback! it really means alot you took the time to find it.

seems to be a common thing, definitely need to work on showing the player the ropes better

we have concepts in the bank for the cave  systems and how the world reacts to your digging. Didnt make it in the jam th

With unity, there’s a dontdestoryonload() function. Basically you can keep a script or gameobject persisting through scene changes. Theres some little things you have to do to make sure you don’t end up with multiple copies but easy enough.

Hey BgM, I've updated the game a bit. With some code refactoring, game play changes, and others, the game should be able to run through and i took out bullet speed :)

hey thanks for trying it out!

The last enemy thing is a known bug now. The big guys run away for whatever reason randomly so I’m making some changes to their code as well as some other to make sure the rounds can continue.

Thank you for the feedback on the upgrades. I agree that the bullet speed is basic useless and just takes away a spot for other meaningful upgrades. Will be taking that out too.

Thanks again for playing and I hope you try out the next build too.

thank you for the kind words. My music skills are lacking and I put that loop together in the end to have sound in the game lol. Something I will be better at next jam!

the sprinkler would of been the cherry on top for this jam but I did not have enough time :( might add it later. We’ll see :)

thank you for such in depth feedback! I couldn’t get everything I wanted in time but the core game loop and a music I made so it wouldn’t be quiet when you played lol. I may work on it just wanted to see if the game was fun enough to start. Thanks again

thank you for playing :) hopefully not too game breaking lol

thank you for trying it out! I wanted to add a sprinkler that was plantable. It would water nearby plants like the watercan, automatically . But it takes one of you spots to grow. Just couldn’t get it done it time.

I like the concept explained though. eager to see it come together!

oh ya it definitely helps the player get further if they are stuck

i second jesways comment, feedback when they leave the room would be nice for the player! but it was a great idea and great game

couldnt get the building mechs to work... only could spin cam and move around
