Ayy nice job beating it! It took me quite a few tries myself 😅.
I 100% agree with your feedback about the slowmo kicking in too early. I set it to be pretty conservative to start and was going to adjust it after some testing, but I forgot to do both the adjusting part and the testing lmfao. It happens though, glad you enjoyed it regardless! 😄
I'm not sure about Trololo, but all the animations (as well as the model) was provided by this amazing CC0 animation library. I highly recommend it, its very high quality and was super easy to work with.
Thanks again for playing!

Im actually flabbergasted why I havent played another game like this, the concept is super cool and really fun! I'd love to see this taken further into a rougelike with cool bosses and upgrades!

I love the emergent gameplay in this, the way that your momentum interacts with the rocket launcher and the grapple hook is super fun, the grapple hook on the boxes is especially cool (box yeeting in any game instantly makes it peak)

Dude, this game is insane. The OST is amazing and the presentation is so cool. I wish I understood wtf was happening because I would think this would be an amazing and deep card game. This would pop off so hard if it had a tutorial somewhere (please im begging you i want to learn this it looks so cool)

This is awesome! I'm super impressed with how much you were able to get done in only a week! Out of all the games i've rated this jam, I've spent the longest time playing this game by far. Despite that I still never won a race haha (the cpus are brutal!)

Ayy thanks for your kind words 😄. Yeah the RNG can get pretty annoying, the original vision was to have a deck of cards you can build and choose strategically but we didn't have time for that. We appreciate your feedback though!

This game is hard af I suck so much at it, but the sound design is slick af. 10/10 voice acting as well 😎

The platforming is super tight and fun, but I kept having to alt f4 the game to restart the level because I got stuck in a pit after failing a jump 😭. The double jump height is very inconsistent sometimes I go super high and sometimes i go nowhere.

Cool concept tho! I like how the character and levels look its a pretty slick aesthetic.

Cool art and hilarious writing! I was getting super into it but then the game crashed halfway through the conversation with the girl :(. I was doing so well too my slickness was off the charts! Cool game though reminds me a lot of Newgrounds back in the day.

I love the sound design in this, the footsteps are super slick and satisfying :D

Thank you so much! We were mainly inspired by YOMI Hustle, and the cards were inspired by the idea of deck building in Slay the Spire. We wanted to explore the idea of adding more cards in between levels but we didn't have time to fully explore it.

We wanted to have a point system so the worse cards would give you more points, but again, time restrictions 😅.

I'm glad you enjoyed the concept though! Maybe we will explore it more in the future!

Dude this is amazing, I love how goofy your guy looks in the replay afterwards, made me burst out laughing. 10/10

Thank you so much, I'm glad you had fun! I could have made the dance stop you at a ledge but honestly I just made it do nothing because I thought it would be funny 😜. That is a great suggestion though we will do that next time for sure!

I tried your game out too and it was great, I think you guys did an amazing job :D

Yoooo that's awesome! Great minds think alike.

Only the best highest quality effects are good enough for this jam 😉💯

Thank you!!! Glad you had fun 😊

Awesome game, I'm sorry you weren't able to get a built working as this is extremely impressive and really fun!

Great game, love the movement and its really satisfying watching your little square grow :)
