If there was a game that was suspiciously similar to evoria, it would be some bullshit, but even that is different enough for them both to be valid games. I think this is pretty different from either of those.
there is a mod that replaces the normal bellies with much bigger ones, but the preview here is using bellies of a slightly different shape, so I think they are edited by hand.
