Thanks again for the report — found it! The zip had a hidden __MACOSX folder that macOS adds automatically when compressing, which was throwing off the sideload parser. Cleaned it up and re-uploaded a fresh build. Would you mind giving it another shot? Let me know if you run into anything else 🙏
