there is no emulator and you just download it where it says download at the top you download this or anything above it which would be a newer version..

after you d/l it use Win Rar or win zip or whatever to unzip it and extract the folder by either clicking extract or drag the folder to your desktop or wherever you want it.

after that open the folder look for look game.exe click it and it plays.
