Hey man, in order to swap you have to press 'E' as long as you have multiple powers, the current system has the Jump Ability at the bottom of the powers 'Stack' so you have to exert the rest of your powers. Pressing 'R' brings you to the menu/pause menu - where you can either restart a level or anything.
Each level has its own assortment of given powers~
Biggest recommendation is to download the latest version of the game for highest quality.
