got some tips:
1. hold rings no matter what till the boss, they may look high but it will run out fast in this long hellscape
2. preserve shields, shields allow you to be clumsy for 1 hit but still keep them as long as possible
3. go slow and take time, there is slight bullshit hazard placement that can hit you so watch out
also when you get to the boss, the first part can instakill you even if super so watch out for that
