After some testing, I've found that you can raise the "Dominance" stat by winning a fight. Still no clue if the other two are Character Creation exclusives or not.

Is there any way to raise the "Dominance", "Seduction", and/or "Resistance To Seduction" Stats after character creation? Thank you and have a nice day.

What is the difference between this game and Nutaku's game also named "Booty Calls"? It has the same logo, the second and third photo are taken directly from the games page on Nutaku's website (https://www.nutaku.com/games/booty-calls-online/) (the first and fourth photo on their website respectively). The description is >90% a direct copy of of Nutaku's summary, with the final bit being just a minor grammatical change. This game at best is a reupload of Nutaku's game and at more likely a crypto-miner and/or malware.
