when you complete the “final battle” and play as vampire for a Brief moment and your also at a certain point in the rebellion quest where you are trying to bring the commander of Lualombo over to your side, the dialog gets triggered for the rebellion part and Ryen is speaking even though he is technically passed out. Not a big deal for me. I don’t know if your aware of it but I figured I would let you know.
