I'm a bit confused with these things, also cant really figure out the feed mixer. ( I only get it to produce forage, even though i input corn, soybeans, etc) .. But, I have found that like in base game if you only use corn and wheat... eventually the animals mature and reproduce. which is a bit of a shame for the game to have that kind of thing.. :)
I was able to have the pig barns accept the corn straw and it showed up in the pen information. However, I am not figuring out if or how i can set up a manure heap to benefit from utilizing straw. Has anyone had any luck getting a manure heap set up for the pig barns? I see a recommendation for the feedlot nearby, but i have not had any luck with the pigs. Thanks guys
I'm enjoying this seeder, however i'm seeing it miss spots in the field. Perhaps it is set to do this if it is uneven? however, this spot doesnt seem too rough? Other places it is way worse, but it could be due to some terraforming i did, so i'm using this screenshot to share.
I've also run into this issue. My two buddies on multiplayer are able to get on, but i cant. I only have the 4 or 5 mods in the "mods" folder and can only get to 28%, then it shuts the game down. I'm on Steam if that might help someone diagnose. The guy who set up the server had a similar issue, but once he removed the mods, he was able to get on. I downloaded this updated version 1.0.0.1, but their server is using the original 1.0.0.0. Will post if we figure it out.
I had problems at first also. Then i accidentally discovered that the mixers unloading auger needs to be set up by "moving" or pivoting it into the part of the barn that has the cows. Then, the feed will unload for the cows. its also where you can put that small feed wagon if you want more realism in there. Sorry, i cant remember how to pivot the unloading part of the mixer, but once i did it, I understood...
