I   figured  as much. Thanks for the reply, and keep at it!

Seemed no matter what choices I made, I  always was forced to roll the dice, and the dice never rolled in my favor, so I couldn't really get anywhere, it seemed. Don't know if this was just because this is a demo. I do like the hand-drawn art, I must say. I noticed some typos that I'd hope would be addressed in a final product. Overall, I can see this becoming something I'd enjoy playing... if only the death rate were more like 1% or even 10% instead of 100%. I  mean, I tried all the choices, and none of them got me out of harm's way. Maybe I didn't try the right combination of choices...? Also, the dice rolled so slowly, and then I  never got to see what the final roll was, nor did I have any idea what numbers I  was hoping for them to roll. They just rolled, and before they actually came to a complete stop, the game over screen came up. Still... I  do see potential here, and I've wishlisted the game on Steam to help you out, and backed the project on Kickstarter. Cheers!

Very cool. Didn't take tooo long to figure out what had to be done. :)

My high score:  negative infinity

Can't get it to work for me. :(

When I used arrow keys, it just scrolled the browser window, even after clicking in the game. Space bar never created any blocks. Don't know what I was doing wrong.

The time alive kept going up for me after I died. So I could have displayed an image of whatever time, but here's a screen shot from right when I died.

I  know I  could do better than this... :)

Hey, glad you like the game so far. There are quite a few "endings" packed into this relatively short game. If I'd had more time, I'd have added achievements, so players could have an idea of just how much is possible in this game. Thing is, because some randomization is involved, attempting to make the same choices during two different playthroughs can theoretically result in two different "endings" being reached.

Found the ghost on my first playthrough, and I'm too scared to play again. :)

I got the "Taking a Break" ending. Pretty cool. :)

I can tell from the demo that this is my kind of game, and I'm looking forward to the full release. I love the storyline, the emotional tugs, the extensive customizations, and the story-altering choices. Came here from Kickstarter to try out the demo, and will definitely be backing the game over there. I'll be checking out your other games, too. Cheers!
