Doodles Jungle (the pink character) is a hard counter to physical attack builds, what was your party like? studying the characters is an integral part of the experience & roguelike fabula of "die - learn - repeat" in general.
Edit: That being said I did have an idea of a new feature in mind where you could spend SIN to bribe your way out of combat. Unfortunately I'm forbid from updating the game (minus the bugfixes) due to the rule stipulations of the gamejam ENTROPY is submitted to.
thanks for the nice words, what character/enemy's HP are overtuned? also, the game gets harder the more you kill, so I advise to plan accordingly and finish run clears sooner rather than later.
