idk if you got the email, but even though i claimed it via the email. it only shows the beta version and not the paid version. even when i click on the "you own this project, download" button.
I don't see it in the "my library" tab, i don't have an email of the download, I can't access it. but i was charged on my paypal, i need some help with this
i bought this for $3 but after the transaction, itch said they had a issue processing my payment. although, I was charged the $3 but received nothing, i waited for a bit, checked my email and my library but don't see it. May i get some help with this?
