I think it would be really cool to have a "clothing" system, something like you can find outfits around the map or have the option to buy some at a store in the Casino (You know, having a casino and NOT having a bunny suit is a crime!!), besides, it gives more uses to the Casino coins, since well, if you win the Jackpot, you instantly get 50 coins, but in total you only need 23 of them (No, I'm not encouraged to play in Casinos!! But it would be nice to have something else to do with Casino coins ). Anyway, add a "customization system", it's the typical fanservice that pleases everyone 👍.
Also, a customization for the breasts and lips would be good too, something like just leaving them between medium or large, similar to what is already on the hips.
