Also there's a way to skip the entire section where you get the metro pass. If you jump under the umbrella and spam jump, it does a really big jump.  You can dash to reach the metro pass

I saved after I got the metro pass.

I got on the subway but I couldn't select anything on the map.

I killed myself and the metro pass was removed from my inventory. It wasn't at the place you get it either so I got stuck

was doing pretty well then boom floor 16. before, each floor was doing 10 damage per turn at most. floor 16 there were 2 enemies that did 10 damage per turn each.
