I think you just reupload a new build of it and do the same process as you did to add the first version.
Don't quote me on that though.
WASD not working might be cause the controls don't really work after you go into fullscreen.
Click on the game once and it should work, if it doesn't, I don't know how to fix it.

I found this through a reddit post but like 2 days after the jam got announced the person who posted it on reddit deleted their account so it might be cancelled
