why is there no option to change map size or change light color in generator settings?

Some feature suggestions:
Add option to choose light color in level generator?
Add option to disable lightning in level generator (make level pitch black)
Add option for character flashlight? (character will emit light with choosen colour)
Maybe option to change light flicker frequency? and coverage?
Fix bugs in 0.3.8 version (like baldi not ignoring player, or fill map don't work)
