apologies for late response orz. yes, you can still trigger the renovation after achieving the good ending. i shouldve been more specific. i meant that you will have to complete the FOLLOW UP to the good ending so the WHOLE ending counts as 'complete'

you just have to make sure that you meet shanice and priestbot again and go through the new dialogue options at the church. a new one will appear each day so repeat visits are necessary.
your specific steps are:
- achieve the good ending (obvi)
- go for a walk and meet mark (another priestbot)
- wait for 4 days and youll get a phone call from shanice
- wait 3 more days and go for a walk and youll meet priestbot
after shanice and priestbot return from the vatican, this is when the new dialogues will appear.
day 1: go to church, yap, pass the day
day 2: wake up, go to church, talk to shanice and youll meet priestbot after. DO NOT evade the question. DO tell him about her feelings. pass the day
day 3: wake up, go to church, complete the dialogue, unlock the service

SHOWER 101: HOW TO SHOWER
you wanna shower? i'll tell you EXACTLY how to shower.
REQUIREMENTS:
- must leave home ALONE between the hours of 6-22
- must be after riots (for exact riot requirements, check the bottom of this post)
- you must have more than 100,000$
- your bot's sympathy must be above 500 (check using the console at the pc in game, type 'help' in the command box for help with commands)
- you must be able to go outside with your bot
- landlord must know about your bot (go outside with her a few times until he notices her)
- your rent must have increased after a dialogue with the landlord (if you check your rent in game by hovering over your money and it says 'your rent is 800$' you did not have the events occur yet
make sure she is FULLY DRESSED during the landlord events. if it allows you to go outside, she IS fully dressed. also make sure there is no ... uh ... 'stuff' ... left on her either
ACTUALLY TRIGGERING THE EVENT AND WHAT TO DO DURING
TRIGGERING: pay your rent and SAVE FIRST. better safe than sorry. wait a few days till landlord comes to you
DURING: landlord will visit you and you will receive an offer for renovations. DO NOT bargain, it's not worth it (or do and see what happens, i warned you so my hands are clean. and i told you to save earlier :p )
after this happens, wait a couple days and the landlord will kick you out to renovate. you will get the shower scene when you go in there yayyyyy
RIOT REQUIREMENTS
- must leave home ALONE between the hours of 12-20
- must be past day 28
- you must have more than 6000$
- NO MAJOR EVENTS OUTSIDE (this only applies to one event that is available around halloween irl so it shouldn't be a problem)
- your bot must have met annalie for the first time at least 2 days ago (which is also related to your bot being able to go outside in the first place)
- you must have completed ANY CHURCH ending. the only EXCEPTION is if you completed the GOOD ENDING, check right below this for good ending requirements
