Hello, Over the past few updates 'better exceptions full report' continues to show a 'recent tuning logs'

I have taken all other mods/cc out and it still shows on better exception report.
I do have version 44 but it has shown on previous versions.
Is it an error or something in settingsi can fix? Thanks
