sonuds like old time game music, reminds me of the n64 era music for sure. even the album cover matches the vibe im feeling (i said this before opening your project page XD, you really going for it the whole time)
this feels like the player is on the chase in forest or even in a temple. i could be wrong though, but hey it does tell a story without words, which is what vgm is all about. honestly a great job well done.✧
i hope you're having fun making this track, cuz i do too. just the playful an apologetic vibe that just scream "i do whatever i want, and i like doing it". i wish i could be this carefree too, but those times are over for me. cherish it while you still have it alright ?

the piano could go even crazier with reverbs lingers in the back ground when the breakbeat is on, then sfx swwep into vst normal piano like in this music. also lowering the main melody volume to be as loud as the part in 1:28.
i had never rushed a project so hard in my life( plus im feeling like actually crunching while doing it, but still worth it)(＾º◡º＾)
i could use the extra time lowering pluck tracks from the second track, distortthe bass for more gritty sounds, and remove low frq in the snares.
p.s Against All Odds turn out completely different from what i wanted. i want to get a modern feel to it like GIGA's Beyond the way (Instrumental) , but ened up with retro game vibes, like .... (ﾐ ᵕ̣̣̣̣̣̣ ﻌ ᵕ̣̣̣̣̣̣ ﾐ). it is what it is ig
you are spot on Onward being the intro(it was very rushed i only got like 2 hours before submission plus art cover to do)
but it still works as a storytelling piece of my work, even though its not needed
(also a lot of ppl like "Against All Odds" despite "New Adventure" took most of my time, and is also a first song before the latter, but it is what it is ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ )
i found peace from listening to this. nothing but the wind, bird chirping. i feel like in the middle of the world, where no one care about me.
that is only me speaking from the experience, it may feel alone here. we all are, but sometime it's nice to take a breath and having such moment. this is one of em.
