Cards reshuffle after each deal instead of staying in hand

Hitboxes resized (no more random collisions!)

Android + Firefox - Audio working, but tile scaling issue. (This may be device-specific)
Ipad + Firefox - Graphics working, but no audio. (This may be an issue with iOS and RPG Maker?)
Ipad + Safari - Graphics working, but no audio. (This may be an issue with iOS and RPG Maker?)
