For what it's worth, you can go to the Github page and check "actions" to see when the game was last worked on and the occasional spoiler.

I regret to inform you that the source code is on full display and our abandoned project was worked on... yesterday, and has been worked on rather consistently from the looks of it. There's a new character and "corruption events" just from reading the headers. Just because Rahi is painfully quiet doesn't mean the game isn't being worked on.
