Glad you found enjoyment in the difficulty. It's always hard to find the right place for difficulty balancing as a dev. Thank you for your feedback!

Sound is always so hard to get right! Glad you enjoyed it.

Would love to see someone beat the top score! Thanks for giving the game a try. :)

Thank you very much for checking out the game and your feedback! I agree, the gen. needs some work to make it feel more fair and balanced. Glad you enjoyed the game more once you got used to the controls. :)

My car kept flipping over at the spinning bar part. I'm not sure how to get enough speed to clear that. Also, it seems like the high score is based on time but you can just sit in one spot and collect infinite score time. Great job overall though, keep up the game dev journey!

Can you explain how your game uses the camera to play? It sounds really interesting but I'm very hesitant to allow my camera to be used in a game job as I'm sure you can understand. But it sounds potentially really cool.

Nice and short platformer experience. Game jam games somehow feel better and more "complete" when I am able to finish it in a reasonable time. Great job on the submission!

Oh nooo... I didn't wanna hurt the doggos. :(

Wow, this game had a really poshed feel to it for a game jam. Great job, I can see a lot of work went into making it feel good. Great job.

I see comments below talking about the game, but it says it's not uploaded. Did you end up taking it down?

When the game first loaded I was like :O .. then i was like "oh.. that's a tie.. ok". Really cool physics type game that actually felt surprisingly smooth. It was neat to include the instructions right in the game world. Sometimes when I would shoot the stickman at a slight angle to get him to go over just a tad, he would just land on the same exact spot. Curious how the angles were set up. Anyway, great work on the submission!

Great work on getting your 2nd ever game submitted! It's short and simple, but it feels "complete". The only thing it's lacking is other types of upgrades to make that more enjoyable "cookie clicker" experience. But again, great work and keep it up!

This seemed like a cool card game idea but I'm not fully sure how it works. It would be really good to include some instructions (even if not in the game, just on your itch.io page would be fine). It seems like a first project for you from what I understand so great work on getting it submitted! Keep up the dev journey!

Wow, this was a really neat idea and actually has a lot of potential! I definitely enjoyed this one for a while. I think some more "flare" type polish + content and you have something you could even sell on steam/android. Great work.

Loved the cinematics! Interesting puzzle/adventure game. I don't like how hard it is to dodge enemy attacks with the rotation of the character, but with all the heal kits around I didn't really need to dodge. Really cool use of 2D artwork to make the world still feel 3D as well! Great work!

Interesting game. The hallway was way different gameplay than the boss fight. The hallway fight is very dizziness inducing but i was able to complete it! The bullet hall boss fight I thought i was doing well but then it got to a phase where I was not able to damage the boss at all and died. Good job on game though, keep it up!

I was a bit unsure how to get the top through the door, i kept stopping just short of it. Could you explain that and I can try again.

I was able to defeat the angry yellow/orange ball first try! The movement felt wonky at first but once i realized how it works it felt pretty cool! Great work!

Neat idea! I was constantly scanning back and forth and then realized that only one gate seems to try to open at a time so that made it much easier. It does get a bit repetitive after a while. I really loved how when the monsters escape it feels like a jumpscare. Really cool!

You can pet the doggo, 10/10 experience.

Great job on this submission! I got stuck on the 3rd level, it seems pretty hard. This was a creative idea, the main feedback would be to make the view bigger, because it was not fun to fall into traps without being able to do anything about it. Otherwise, great work and ty for including a volume bar!

Oh no, did you take it down? This looks really cool from the screenshots!

Thanks! Glad to hear you got some enjoyment out of our game! :)

Wow, this was a very creative idea. I thought I was playing COD again. Great work!

This was a unique submission for sure! Loved the visuals and animations of the beetle rollin and then running on top when it got too big. Music was very fitting too. Great work!

This was a well done adaptation of the bayblade games. Great visuals art artwork. I see a lot of systems that I'm sure took a lot of effort to make. Great work!

Loved playing SSB growing up and this is like a mix of that and bayblades. Super cool idea and name! I think the bot is a bit overtuned but I managed to knock him out of the ring by dodging out of the way. Great work!

Thanks! Good to hear you got entertainment out of our little game. Rage induction certainly was not the intention but glad it was at least in a good way!

We certainly need to add more upgrades and rebalance them. Also, how do we get you on our design team? Those are some great ideas! *takes out notepad* What else you got? :)

Appreciate you checking out the game! Glad you had a good time. :)

Thank you!

Thanks for checking out our submission! Sorry to hear you had issues with the upgrades. The gravity one is noticeable when you jump, you are more "floaty" so you can jump further.  We wanted to have more powerups spawn for you to get when you jump but ran out of time. For the second gravity upgrade, do you mean you can enough coins but it did not let you buy it? That certainly should not happen and we'll investigate. Thank you for your feedback!

Thanks!

Thank you for playing! funny enough i thought i solved that in a clever way, where it's the "darkness" of the hallway your going into that they come out of. Unfortunately, due to the perspective of the camera, it looks like they are spawning, but in reality they were already there just being revealed slowly by a dark plane.  I agree, UI could use an artist so it's not made by a developer. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you!

Thank you for checking out our game! Yeah I think you are right, the power-ups are pretty scares. I can't change that until after the jam because it would mess up the other leaderboard submissions' ghost racing data, but i will after. Thank you for the feedback!

I destroyed the soldiers hunting poor hot-dillo and then i set him free from the confines of the arena. Neat concept!

I love game dev and will not give up! Thank you for the encouraging words at the end of your game :) Great work!

Thank you very much for giving the game a shot, glad you were able to get the chance to do so! We certainly do need a better onboarding / interaction guide as the player progresses through the game.

Glad you found the fishing mechanic interesting, sorry it was frustrating as we definitely want to avoid that kind of feeling. I think it needs to be stated more clearly that releasing the line sometimes instead of pulling in drastically reduces the tension which prevents the line from snapping.

Anyway, we appreciate you giving it a playthrough and the feedback!

Thank you kindly for checkout our game! Glad you had a good time and it's always nice to see a fellow fishing enjoyer. <3

Hey! Love the art, very cute! The game is actually well done for your first jam submission. With some polish, I could see this feeling a lot more complete, but I understand scope creep is real. Great work and keep up the development journey!
