One of the best looking entries. Absolutely LOVE the art, the dinos are adorable. You managed to get a lot of personality into the tourists sprites too. Music and sounds effect fit very well. Difficulty curve was perfect. It was very chill and relaxing up until my dinos starting freaking out and escaping. Then it was pretty chaotic in a fun way. Very solid entry and there's a lot of potential to expand it I think. Good job!

One of the best looking games of the jam so far. Really enjoyed my time with it though it took me a minute to understand, and even then I'm not sure if I played it correctly. lol Art style is gorgeous. Music was chill and enjoyable. Dinos are SUPER cute. UI and everything was very polished. Overall solid entry. Good job!

I really like the art style, the dinos are adorable. Music was very chill and fitting. The combat system is pretty confusing though. It felt a bit random at times. Perhaps adding the type icons next to the dinos during combat could help with that? All in all a pretty enjoyable experience. Good job!

This was an excellent entry. Really enjoyed my time with it even if I wasn't able to finish it. (I will probably come back and try again. lol) Art style was really cute. Music was nice and relaxing. Animations were also really well done. I really liked the puzzle aspect and it was pretty fun just trying to figure the game out. Not sure if you can skip actions or save them for later? Some of the screenshots maybe implied that you could but I didn't figure out how if so. I think this game has a lot of potential for a post jam version if you're planning on doing so. Really great job, well done!

I like the idea. The art and UI is really nice. The dinos were pretty cute. The sound effect got a little grating after a bit. Would have liked a bit more of a difficulty curve but other than that it was a pretty neat game. Well done!

The art style is very cute. It's a bit on the easy side, I completely left the dino in the dust. But was short, sweet and to the point. And pretty darn impressive for a week of learning C#. Great job!

I really loved the aesthetics of the game. The dinos were SUPER cute. The UI and game page are very polished. I did have some trouble understanding the food chain sequence but eventually I got it. And it was a bit difficult to pick up dinos in some situations. It was less chill than I thought it would be but the puzzle element is clever and I think it has potential. Overall enjoyed it a good bit. Good job!

Love the pixel art. The UI and font choice reminds me of the old Rugrat games for the PS1, which is a plus in my book. It was pretty hectic and a bit overwhelming and at one point there were so many people on the screen that it lagged a little. But the concept was unique and the game loop/progression seems pretty solid. Well done!

This game was really well done. The concept is unique, shooting was juicy, the animations were really nice. Love the Mystery Science Theater-esque audience and reactions. The progression system worked really well. Overall a solid entry. Very good job!

For a falling object game it's pretty cute! Love the pixel art. Especially love the little bone on the bottom. Would have liked a little BGM but all in all a solid first game jam entry. Well done!

The writing was really well done. Loved the puns. The illustrations fit really well too. Music was calming and appropriate. And the presentation was top notch. Very enjoyable experience. Bonus points for using Twine!

Thanks for reminding me! But yeah, the intro was a great addition for sure.

That is totally understandable!

I really like the beginning story setup before being dropped into the main game. The artstyle is excellent and the animations were really well done. The platforming felt pretty good too. Would love to see a more complete version. Well done and props for submitting even if it's unfinished.

I LOVE the artstyle of the game. The animations were really well done and the parallax background looks really good. The jumping was smooth but I'm not a big fan of the climbing mechanic. It tended to stop you in your tracks and break the flow. The text at the beginning was pretty hard to read. I feel like that could have been put in the description on the game page. Though the sound effects were nice and the music definitely has a prehistoric adventure vibe to it. Not too bad, well done!

This was a neat little game. I really enjoyed the core mechanic with uncovering the fossils. It has a relaxing/meditative element to it and there's a genuine excitement of wondering what you're going to uncover. The art that is there is charming. Would have loved some nice and chill background music. But all in all very charming game.
Like a fossil I think there's a deeper game hidden in here somewhere! Good job!

Really enjoyed the concept of this game. I've always wanted to be an evil genius building the perfect dino! The art and special effects were really nice. You stuck to the limitation well. It was a bit short and would have liked a bit more progression in terms of the dino build. Though I understand what yall were going for and it works. Very solid game all things considered. Good job! (Also, love the name!)

I really like this style of game. Gives me Viva Pinata vibes which is neat.

I really enjoy the concept and it fits the limitation pretty well. Though I think level 3 is impossible... lol And because of that it was really frustrating. Though I'm really bad at platformers so it's probably a skill issue.

Great use of the limitation. Grew up playing Sokoban and Chips Challenge and this reminded me a lot of those games. Very enjoyable!

I did run into a bug on the level with the door where if you fail the level the door doesn't open on your next try. But all in all good job! (Also,  extra points for using LÖVE2D!)
