It says, "You failed to catch your breath". I feel like if I actually made it all the way to end, it should be reflected in the gallery. I just hope you consider making that change for people who were actually able to go all the way.
I've noticed that after doing the final orgy in the Ardor fair, the gallery shows that you failed even if you made it all the way through during the game. Is this a bug?
