Hi there! This is my first time participating in a Game Jam. When reading the rules, I understood that having German citizenship or a German bank account is required to receive the prize in case of winning, which is totally fine by me. However, I was wondering if these requirements are also mandatory just to participate and compete? My goal is not to receive any payments; I am simply curious to see what I can achieve in a jam environment.
