as title says; according to the readme he should be here, but all i see are regular woopers. and as such i cant complete the quest for the area. am i missing something? the pokedex says wooper is here in rt 2 but the encounters readme says no regular woopers just the paldea ones? i’ve done close to 300 battles now in rare grass (thick grass and regular grass) just woopers at the 2% drop rate.
