Update: it happened again after updating Sequoia to a newer version.

I went into battery settings and disabled automatic graphics switching, that seems to have worked for now!

not running  on  macos 15.4.1, intel i9

title screen flashes, music plays, custom cursor visible, but stuck on a black screen

What worked for me- I did a full backup and updated to the latest version of Sequoia. I had been avoiding updating as Sonoma was stable and did everything I needed it to do. Immediately fixed the graphics issue.

When I download the full version, it loads to a black screen with the game audio playing.  Both mac versions do the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The demo worked perfectly, for what it's worth. 

Am wondering the same. Demo verison worked great, niether mac download of the full game works. Loads into a black screen with audio playing.
