Neat little platformer, I especially loved the art. Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission, and best of luck in your coding journey!

This felt fun! It took a minute to figure it out, but pretty quickly I had memorized all the combinations and was flying through days. I'm not sure if there's an end, but what exists now felt really fun to play once I got in the flow of it. Huge congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

Great work, this is a very ambitious project for a game jam and especially as a solo developer! Super unique, I don't think I've ever seen an RTS style game in a jam. The tutorial was very helpful, I'm thankful you had it 😁 Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

This was neat, extremely impressive for a first game jam! Huge congratulations, things felt pretty polished all around. I'm glad you're ecstatic about it, you should be!

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! 16:13 is a great time, I wonder how fast it could get

I think pivoting to the racing game worked great, sometimes it's what you gotta do to meet the deadline 😁

This was fun! I really enjoyed the big open play area and the huge number of enemies. I was able to get on top of one of the trees on the top layer and it was really neat to look down on everything. Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

This was a neat one, very unique. The auto battling felt really good, my first battle in particular was epic! I love the little turtle loading screen, and it was really cool to see the progress updates on the Discord. Fantastic work, and congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

Very cool take on the theme and love the aesthetic :)

This was really fun! The visuals were nice, and the ending cinematic was fun. All the dialogue was enjoyable, overall it felt like a very complete project. Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

Super unique game, loved the atmosphere. The main menu scene is beautiful, and it was really fun hunting around for all of the logs. Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission, this feels very complete!

I was able to get it working by zooming in my browser tab. The game was quite fun, I managed to make a few million! I love the art, and the stages of mutation are really nice. Great work :)

That's great to hear, I look forward to seeing it!

Thank you for the kind words!

Thanks for playing! I definitely agree the breeding logic could've used a bit more work.

For the mixer/breeding logic: the first item inserted copies a random property over from the second fruit. This means fruit order matters, and it can take a few tries to get the combination you're looking for.

In order to get mutations/new textures, you'll need to let a fruit sit in the radiation blaster until it mutates a new property.

I'm glad it was still fun and felt balanced despite the unintuitive bits, thanks again!

This was nice, I really like the mechanic of attaching upgrades to specific body parts. I spent a while on this and made it all the way to wave 50 before giving up. Really neat entry, I loved the turtle pixel art. Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission!

The browser build does seem to have some issues which is really unfortunate, your description sounds super interesting. If you're able, I'd highly encourage you to open a support ticket on the Discord and see if you can re-submit a working copy, I really wanna see it!

Anyways, congrats on your first Godot game and first Godot Wild Jam entry! Exports are tricky when deadlines are this short, I also had to resubmit due to some issues.

It looks like it is broken in the browser, even if "it barely works" submitting anything in such a short amount of time is a huge accomplishment! Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam submission, I hope to see more!

Very cute little game, I like the monochrome visuals and clean aesthetic. The pet art was really charming, the final mutation reminded me of an axolotl. Would love to see what future evolutions could look like :P

Really fun little game, the stacking upgrades feel really nice. After beating it, it seems like you keep your previous upgrades so I was able to stack upgrades and become super pwoerful! Congrats on your first game jam submission, this was fun!

This game had very beautiful visuals and a really great atmosphere with the audio. I really liked the tree visual, I managed to crash my browser by growing it too much 😅

Overall a neat experience, I would've loved to see more! Congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam!

This was a fun little speed-running game, I tried a few times and was able to get ~32.2 seconds. I really like the sounds and particle trail, the art is really fun too! Some way to quickly restart would've been nice, but it was still really fun to try and set my fastest time. Making the character a phage is a really unique implementation of the theme. Congrats on your first game jam, I put in quite a few runs!

This was a neat one, almost like a reverse roguelike where I choose down-grades instead of upgrades. The art was really nice, and I especially loved the visuals for the final desert level. It made for a good challenge, big congratulations for your first ever game jam!

This was quite fun, though challenging! Is there any end game/win condition? It would've been really nice to see what stats each card adjusted, but it still felt really nice and especially fun once I learned them. Even just adding a small explanation to the description would be very helpful since it can't be included in the game now.

Getting the ideal temperature right felt really nice, as soon as I did I exploded up to 400 bacteria which felt really rewarding! Overall a fun experience, and congrats on your first game jam!

This was a neat one, the dash mechanics felt really nice! I'd be excited to see what other content could be added in terms of upgrades, enemy types, and levels, but as-is this was an enjoyable little experience :)

I really like the concept overall, and I think the roguelike upgrade mechanic could make for some really neat interactions/decisions.

Congratulations on your first Godot Wild Jam entry!

Super neat idea! It was a bit hard to understand the navigation at first, but it's a really cool experience to learn the different mutations just by experimenting and sit back and watch it all unfold. Really fun and original!

I was only able to get to the second last floor, but I hope to come back and beat it. I'd love to see more of this!

Also, congrats on your first Godot Wild Jam!

Thank you for checking it out!

Haha yessss, I'm glad you were able to figure out the mask mechanic a little bit despite the lack of info on it. We were low on time and one of our developers had grabbed "bah" as a joke placeholder sound, but it ended up sticking :)

Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it!

Glad it felt pleasant, thank you for playing and for the kind words!

Thank you for the kind words, and I'm glad you enjoyed it! We'll make sure to have something more complete for the next one, definitely a good learning experience

Oh a gag ending for the jam version would have been great without too much extra work. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely keep it in mind if we're ever in this position again. Glad you enjoyed it otherwise, and thank you for playing! :D

I ran into the mis-alignment issue as well, enabling fullscreen seemed to fix it

That was quite fun, the character animations were super unique and I loved the overall style! The different character abilities made for interesting changes in playstyle. Overall good job and congrats on your first GWJ submission!

Nice creative take on the theme, the puzzle mechanics were implemented well and it was all very intuitive. I would love to see this expanded on, adding a couple levels for each new mechanic being shown off!

Cute platform, definitely challenging but mechanics were all very clear and straightforward. The option to adjust the number of lives was definitely nice to have, and it was neat seeing the number of deaths in the credits. Good work!

This is a super unique take on the theme, awesome job! I wish I was a better artist so I could do more with it, it's a really neat idea though and seeing your screenshots are super inspiring. Your loading screen/intro was also really neat, I might have to try something like that in the future. Good job on the submission!

Cool idea, the challenges weren't too difficult but the masks each felt nice and unique in their play styles. It was really nice trying out the different masks against the other challenges, godo work!

Nice unique concept, the game was quite fun! Is there any end, or does it go on forever? I really liked the saturated colours, and the gameplay loop felt was enjoyable. Congrats on your first GWJ submission!

Cool turn based combat and huge congrats on your first game jam submission! Submitting anything at all is a huge achievement and definitely something to be proud of. I would love to see more in the future!

Looks like that fixed it, I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue and congrats on your first game submission!
